Meet Steve L. Marshall

Steve L. Marshall’s journey in construction began at age seven, working alongside his father as the eager “step-and-fetch-it” on job sites. What started as childhood lessons in hard work and craftsmanship evolved into a lifelong passion for the building industry.
Through his high school years, Steve honed his skills in residential construction and remodeling, developing an intimate understanding of how buildings come together—and what can go wrong. He formalized his expertise by earning a Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction from John Brown University in Arkansas.
